Aside from the fact that the trade deadline is passed, why would New Orleans do this? If you're talking about *this* year's first round pick, I'm a little scared why you'd want to give that up before you even know what slot we have. Magloire is an above-average center, the Birdman is the current laughing stock of the NBA (but a good backup) and Lynch isn't anything to write home about.

It all depends. I'd much rather see if we have a realistic shot at Bogut before I even consider going for other centers.

No thank you, I'v had me feel of Nazi Mohammed, and Maglore is like the same player. He is not a shotblocker, has no postgame, and slightly undersized.

I wanted Magloire last year, but I've given up on that. No way I give up our first rounder, I'd rather find a center in the draft.
