b/c everytime i see him, i see someone that doesn't care and looks CRAZY awkward. he has awkward motion, his hands and arms and shooting form are awful (i know i know, marion). body language doesn't impress me. he needs to change his body shape.

what are the pros, other than him being young and big? i have only seen him play about 3-4 times and have not come away saying "we need to get this guy".
