I also saw Kiki, John Paxson,Bernie Bickerstaff and Danny ferry. There were a lot more guys there, but it was hard to make them out. Isiah was talking to some babe who was wearing one hot dress for like 1/2 hr of the game that I noticed. he also was talking to rip hamilton and donnie marshall for awhile. rip must charter in by himself, and take off after the game, lifestyles of the rich and famous right there.

What time was the UConn game last night? B/c I remember seeing one of the players (I think Brevin Knight?) limping under the tunnel and giving Isiah a five.

The Uconn game was at 1:00 so there was plenty of time for him to get from Hartford to the Garden

dont like him... has Tim Thomas part II written all over him. If thats our best shot where we draft I would rather trade the pick in a deal for a guy like Nene or Al Harrington.

From what I understand, Chris Taft is also Tim Thomas, part II.

Maybe IT was checking out that other stud, Rudy Gay, or perhaps Boone?

I cant even tease myself into thinking we could get Rudy Gay. God how great if UConn won again and Gay declared and fell to us at say 2-3. You could start him and Ariza at the 2/3 and bring Jamal off the bench for instant offense like last night.

doesnt help the frontcourt I dont care for a guy like him

From what I understand, Boone is definitely not declaring for the draft this year. He wants to graduate.

I agree with fishmike, this guy oozes Tim Thomas.

Remember they had North Carolina there, so there was a list of top caliber picks there. I don't know what Charlie is yet, an Ive watched him play every game at Uconn. Some have said TT, but CV is a different player, a much better rebounder, a guy who can block shots, and IMHO, he may end up playing the NBA 5. That being said, he is not ready for the NBA, he needs to work on strength. If you seem him up close, he has 0 definition in his arms and his legs need work, he has a poor base. he needs to work 1-1 with a physical trainer and continue to work on footwork in the post as he tranforms from a 3 to a 4-5. It wouldnt hurt if CV does would warrick did, stay 4 years.

I am afraid this guy will get bad advice and jump to the NBA. He played with entering the draft coming out of HS. I saw him in the McDonalds HS All-Star game that aired in ESPN2 with LeBron and he was one of a few people there complaining about all the attention LeBron was getting. That attitude stuck to me more than his actual skill level.
