"colin (berkeley): Hi David -- counting on you for your usual insight. Please help me understand what on Earth it will take to get the Warriors competitive again? Obviously, Marc Jackson has been painting a pretty ugly picture of the locker room scene in Oakland since his "escape"....
David Aldridge: They have good, but not great, players--though I think Richardson could be great in a year or two. And I think they need to be better coached. So, as I've been saying since December, don't be surprised to see GS go after Van Gundy this offseason. "

I don't think you can count Golden State rebuilding because the pieces are in place with Fortson being a solid player, Arenas will develop into a nice player, and Richardson is going to be a star, another good pick and they could be a decent team.

Yeah I think the team has sufficient talent on their team. Even Marc Jackson said they had a chemistry problem. Van Gundy would certainly make them better.
