Who the Knicks trade for or who they draft. They will not win until they change the offensive schemes. There's more to basketball besides
walking/running upcourt to take a three pointer!! IT made the trades last year to get more athletic but they don't have any athletic plays in the offense. Teams have no trouble playing the Knicks because they know the Knicks usually shoot themselve out of the game in the 2nd half. All they could manage was 76 points against a team that isn't very good defensively. Herb can make all the changes he wants, the biggest change will be a more aggressive offense with REAL inside play.

A good scheme would certianly help and would improve the team. But you need the talent to implement the scheme. It may very well be that there is no offensive scheme this team can run well.
