1. To get their head out of their #$*$@# and play ball. I don't care who likes or dislikes who, you're paid to play ball. Have some pride, I wouldn't want to be on a losing team!!
2. A renegade, someone like Antione Walker (I said someone like him, it doesn't have to be him), just the kind of guy you all don't want. I'd rather see Walker than Kurt any day. Kurt will give you 18 points one night and 6 or 8 for the next 4 or 5 games. Walker will give you 22 one night, 15 the next and an ocassional 30 points....oh yeah he gets to the foul line too!!
3. Change the offense to incorporate more movement, The Knicks are so predictable, they start out competetively and teams simply wait for them to start screwing up, no more of this walk or run the ball up to take a jumpshot with three people hanging around the 3 point line.
4. Start Penny, he's been playing very well since he's been back. Ariza needs to go back to the 2nd unit to bring the energy needed.
5. Come out in the 3rd quarter and play with fire and intensity.

Knicks need heart and talent.
