I believe! now only to tank the whole season so we can get him. In that aspect the Knicks are right where we want to be right now.

I also watched the game and loved this guy.

Played with migraines and the flu, stepped up and had 20, 9, 5, and 4.

Dunked over some bum on BYU, then landed awkardly on him. The BYU responded by kicking Bogut in the back. He's restrained by refs, very next place he drops a massive ally-oop on the guy, screams in his face, and hustles up court.

Let's draft this guy ASAP.

Here are the rankings right now :

Teams Wins

New York 18
Portland 17
Toronto 18
Milwaukee 15
Utah 15
Golden State 12
Charlotte 9
Atlanta 9
New Orleans 8

As you can see, portland, toronto, mil and Utah should all jump ahead of us over the next few weeks cause of our awful play lately and this brutal road trip.

SO, i'm sure we have a decent shot to a high draft pick.

What could we get with 5th for instance ?

That's just theorycrafting.

god forbid he doesnt declare. Its hard to get that excited about this guy. Hey, I hope we have a shot, but this draft looks patheticly thin and Bogut (if he declares) could go top 3 simply by default.

Our best bet to move up in this draft is w/ GS. Is anyone so high on this kid where they would trade Nazr's expiring deal and our #1 (say #8) to GS for Adonal Foyal and a top 3 pick and a shot at Bogut?

Slim pickings out there fellas... very slim

i think he will go high not by default but because he's a grea player. He does things you can't teach. I'm anxious to see what he does in the tournament. For the first time I'm actually anticipating march madness

[Is Bogut the clear-cut No. 1?: Is Utah big man Andrew Bogut really the hands-down favorite to be the No. 1 pick in the NBA draft? That's the word that has spread like wildfire since a national Web site quoted an unnamed Western Conference player personnel director saying "I can't even tell you there is a close No. 2 is right now."

While there's no question that Bogut has rocketed up the charts this year and is a lock for the lottery, I haven't come across one scout or GM who honestly believes he'll be a top-three pick, let alone No. 1 overall. There is one qualifier: Bogut has a chance to be the top pick if all of the top underclassmen like Chris Paul, Marvin Williams, Chris Taft and Josh Boone decide to stay in school this year.

Why the skepticism? While Bogut's numbers are as impressive as anyone in college basketball, every scout I talked to claims that Bogut's lack of athleticism will keep him from being a superstar in the league. The guy he gets compared to the most is Vlade Divac. While Divac was a hell of an NBA player, most teams are looking for more with the No. 1 overall pick.]

He's a good player, more physical and gifted than Kaman.. better feel for the game. The bobcats front-office were at last nights game. I wouldn't mortgage everything for him. Marvin Williams is the guy we should target.

Bogut is not athletic?!! are u kidding me! Vlade Divac! Vlade never had the body Bogut has as a college player and I don't remember him ever being a dunker in the NBA.

This scouting report makes no sense. If he has any weakness it's his outside shot but with the way he plays he can afford to develope the 15+ footer.

Not many guys can dunk over center twice and both times putting the opposing center on the floor!
