What is a reasonable pick the Knicks can get in this years draft?

I think if lucky, they can get anywhere from the 3rd - 8th pick in this years draft?

Taft?
Bogut?

I'm excited for those two the most. JoeC pointed out that Taft is like Amare Stoudamire and that would be perfect for the Knicks to have especially with Marbury. He could play center/pf.

So who do you think are possibilities?

I hope the Knicks get the #4th, or even better #3rd, but they're not that bad.

The Knicks are playing the absolute worst they possibly can. (It's hard to imagine any worse at least.) And they'd still have the 10th pick if the lottery were today. It's hard to imagine this team playing any worse and getting a better pick. Most picks in that area turn out to be nice role players. We'll probably have to pull off at least one more Marbury type trade if we want to further change the direction of the franchise.

We'll prolly pick around 11-9.

Another Marbury trade would kill this franchise for years to come.

How about trading Marbury and gettin back picks, expiring deals for our other garbage players like Houston, etc.
A glimmer of hope maybe?!?

i hope we get a top 5 pick this time so we actually get an impact player. I don't want to get the 7-9th pick again then have to go through the whole Sweetney should start over Kurt Thomas situation again. I want someone who pushes the slow injury riddled overpaid vets right out of the way.

chris taft was amazing tonight versus providence. think a better offensively and taller chris wilcox. tonight 25 points, 15 rbs. chris taft will go top 10 in the draft this year if nothing bad happens
