I was looking over the brackets and found some intriguing matchups that could help decide who gets drafted first: (in parenthesis are when the game would occur and in what division)
Carlos Boozer vs. Sam Clancy (South - Sweet 16)
Dan Dickau vs. Steve Logan (West - Elite Eight)
Dan Dickau vs. Jason Williams (Final Four)
Dan Dickau vs. Jason Gardner (West - Second Round)
Chris Marcus vs. Curtis Borchardt (Midwest - 2nd Round)
Chris Marcus vs. Drew Gooden (Midwest - 2nd Round)
Frank Williams vs. Troy Bell (Midwest - Elite Eight)
Marcus Hatten vs. Juan Dixon (East - 2nd round)

Thats all I could find now, if anyone else finds any matchups, please post.

I may be biased, but my sleeper this year is St. John's. Them and Gonzaga only because they got snubbed in the seedings once again. Marcus Hatten will be huge! Hopefully we can pick him up in a couple of years. We need an agressive, scoring point guard like him.

I'm still putting the X factor on Marcus. If he plays well against these top-tier teams and players, that makes the choices for the Knicks much deeper if they stay in the 7-9 spots. If we don't bump up from there, I still think Marcus is the guy to take, just for the fact that we'll have a true young center for the first time since the Big Fella.
