I don't understand what Herb Williams is doing, he is not starting the Junk Yard Dog (only when Tim Thomas is injured) and he is playing Jamison Brewer way too much. He should also be giving Ariza some more minutes, perhaps a starter and encourage him to shoot. Another thing I am tired of is Marbury passing when he has a open jump shot, he has one of the purest shots on the team and only shoots the ball when there is no time left or when they are down big. Somebody also needs to tell Jamal Crawford to take the ball to the hoop instead of taking fade-away 3's. The Junk Yard Dog should be in the game ALL THE TIME, he brings excitement and energy. Sweetney should be playing 20 mins not 10, they should look for him on the post. They should also look to make a trade for an atheletic PF or C.

so you want JYD to be on the court at all times & starting yet want Herb to give Ariza more minutes than he's getting now as a starter as well as Sweetney to get more minutes as well? how does that work?
After 7 years & 40K+ posts, banned by martin for calling Nalod a 'moron'. Awesome.

It's simple; every game has to go into three overtime periods
