If the Knicks had the number 1 pick in the draft, who would you want them to pick? Just say the name...no reason's cuz I'm tired of Ming arguments.

Williams will go first either way. Then Ming is the second best in the draft.

I'd trade it down for a couple of more picks, but still one pick within the top 10 is a must.

If the Knicks were to get the #1, and wouldn't trade it down, it would probably be Ming.

I'd rather have

Drew Gooden,
Chris Wilcox,
Quintel Woods,
Marcus Haislip,
Chris Marcus or my favorite

Smush Smush (he's not a top 10 pick thopugh, maybe even a second rounder if he declares at all)

Actually I would like to know if any of the european prospects would declare themselves, "Nickoloz Tskitishvili 6-11 PF (Georgia) 1983" is thinking about following Pau Gasol his footsteps and make himself eligible this year (and he might be better guys watch out for him).

I believe we should pick Jason Williams if he's availbable. If not go for a big man like Drew Gooden or maybe even Amare Stoudemire...

Eventhough I like Drew someone raised the question whether Drew isn't to small to be a good 4 and hasn't a good enough jumper to be a 3. We really should consider the difference between college and the nba as well.

I would take Wilcox or Stoudemire in a heartbeat.

sidenote: I read Tyson Chandler grew an entire inch this year making him 7'1". That's another advantage of selecting young players.
