Josh Boone isn't coming out?
"This is a very cautious situation that we're in. You have to be conservative in terms of using your assets and using them wisely. We're building for the future." - Zeke (I guess not protecting a first round pick is being conservative)

The lottery will be fixed this year, and the Knicks will win it.

Yeah I hope, there is a couple of possibilities of guys that are under the radr moving up--like I have with sean williams from bC who is not on any mock draft and it is possible eric williams from WF *could* move up a bit if he is deemed he can play C hes close, hes about Eddie Curry's size and he explosion but hes about 6-9 in sneaks and 290 pounds. very effecient scorer, not really a shot blocker, but an option for a team like us. You find him on many mock drafts in round 2, but I think hes a lot better than that, the only thing is if he is considered a C or a PF. At C he is attractive, not so much at PF but his size is a tweener for C for sure.

yea I mentioned this about a week ago after I watched the Wake-Cincy game. Eric Williams is a beast but the only thing that concerns me is his size. Dude can score and can play with his back to the basket, had some nice post-up moves, I was very impressed
I wasn't born with enough middle fingers!!!

We're gonna use a mid lottery pick on an SG one year after we spent $55 mil on a 24 year old SG? That wouldn't make sense

If we get a lottery pick, then I am praying for Tiago Splitter.

That mock draft seems pretty good. I must hand it to you Rip. I could see a team like NO drafting a guy like Marvin Willimam & GS taking Chris Taft, with NJ taking Splitter. And I guess you had Zeke taking Green because you know he isn't scared to take a shot at a highschooler.

I read that Splitter is more of a banger now than a jumping shooting big. His coach had him live in the post all season now he is confortable there and likes the contact. He went from being anotehr Dirk Nowitzki comparison to a Paul Gasol comparison.

I doubt that Splitter will be the only Euro to go in the lottery. Andreskevicius (sp?), Johan Petro, and possibly Nemanja Alexandrov will be in there, as well as several others througout the first round.

Otherwise, good projection BRIGGS, though I think the Knicks have to choose a big man (unless they have a trade for the pick lined up to get a big like Kwame, etc.)
