if we get to the point of splitting the MLE, i want gadzuric. my man plays hard and plays defense. would be great with the 2nd unit and is better than stephen hunter.

He's a great energy player and gets a lot of rebounds like Camby did. He's a heck of a lot better than Stephen Hunter, who seems to be terribly overrated on this board.

Yeah, I mentioned this in another thread today. I think he's a crappier mirror image of Marcus Camby, which is good. Isiah has to get on this. So many guys could be available. I wonder what his plan is right now.

We already have a serviceable backup center in Nazr Mohammed. We need a starting one that can score and draw double-teams. Zydrunas Illgauskas

If some how we can, as fish has repeatedly suggested, sign Swift for the full MLE, that would be my first choice. If we do come into a situation where we are splitting the MLE, I wouldn't mind part of it going towards Gadzuric.

I like Gad-fly.

BTW if Nazr can start at the C, Gad can start at the C. Nazzy has been realy sucking in the post lately, not that he was ever olajuwon, but I was hoping to see some progress over the season.

IMO Gad would be better for us, he can block shots, is younger and is developing a mid-range jumper. Id rather have him with nazzy, but if i had to chose I'd take him. He is taller and more athletic

i'd rather sign Chandler. chicago might not reason him because they are afraid of his back problems

I would love Z but it would have to be a sign and trade...i dont think cleveland will deal with us
