If someone asked you the day Isiah took his job, how long do you think it'll take for him to turn our woeful team (even worse then it is right now) into a championship contender how long would you have said.

Personally I remember thinking that it would take 3 seasons to do. Isiah has already gone through one season and despite our recent bad play I think has done a fair job at setting us to be successful given my 3 season time-frame.

Well Isiah, you got 2 more years before I turn on you and the team you have put together. Good Luck.

I think he brings a solid point about when Zeke took over. We all were thinking along the lines that it would take YRS to build this team up into a contender. And if we look at the pieces we have to move forward I think we have the ability to keep building something up for the next few yrs. Unlike how we use to feel that we were stuck. I could be wrong but im willing to wait and see.

you are right and there arent many fans that blame Isiah. Most fans tend to blame players and Lenny.
A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.
