And start the "Re-Build!" chants. I don't think its ever been done before and it would send shockwaves throughout the media both locally and nationally, its impossible this would go unnoticed and would leave the organization with no choice unless they want the embarrassing chants to continue.

We have got to make'em understand this is the Garden and its not going down like this anymore. It can no longer happen this way, not in the mecca of basketball, when is there going to be a day when if you want the nba championship you have to come to the mecca and take it? Enough, enough already we have to wake up and start defending this place because personally I'm tired of every team coming in and urinating on the garden floor all over the Knicks logo.

yea.. the fire Lenny chants will turn my stomach, and I know they will come. It blows me away that the "most knowledgable fans" can watch their PF chuck 15 footers and cry about the coach. Chaney was no gem but neither was a front court of KVH, Harrington and KT.

if lenny had to play without crawford and tim for a stretch, without h20 early in the year, and gimpy h20 now - three 15+ ppg scorers, along with the regression of tim, yet still managed to somehow stay in the .500 area, and some still call for his head, what does that say about mike d'antoni?
he loses nash, arguably the mvp of the league, but still has amare, marion, joe johnson, and q-rich. are they not 10x better that what we put out there? yet they lose 5 in a row and 3 of them where they barely scored 80 while giving up 100+.

should d'antoni's coaching be questioned now? i mean his remaining 4 is way better than our top 5, right?

all this lenny talk is crap. he's the coach of a team in transition. will he be the coach when/if we're ready to contend, probably not, but he's FAR from the reason we've been stinking it up.

Fire Layden, fire chaney, fire wilkens!

Fire fire fire! Gonna cost 10mil to fire him!

Phuching fire them all!

Isiah still gets a free pass for all this?

Do you really think after he took on all that salary NOW is the time to rebuild? He could have done it much easier last year, and it was tough to do it then! How in the world can we get rid of Allan, Anfernee and TT? How is Anfernee tradable for at least another year?

Remember last year we all talked bout how this was going to be our team for a while and the best we can hope is that they play up to ability and gel as a unit?

Of all of our guys, none has a proven charactor or history of success except for Allan, and he is our "soft boy"!

Isiah put together a bunch of guys who are good names, have talent, but are gutless and selfish. Sweet and Trev are not included as they are too young.

This is your NY Knicks people! What more can we do? Add more gutless warriors like Jalen and Antoine Walker? More of the same, only we get a ray of hope that they will help us. Pathetic if we have to go and get them as Isiah thinks we can't even be a .500 team with out them! What in gods name was he thinking!

103 freaking million dollars on this roster!

If all the talk about team unity, riding the subways to meet teh people, dressing professionally, coaches wearing uniforms, blah blah blah, if that don't work on these guys to make them be accountable, then I can share Isiah's frustration with him! I cannot beleive what a group of losers these guys are showing to be.

I really beleive we should continue the path and hope all the things Isiah has installed will make them better. If you really support Isiahm then you have to buy into this. If you don't, then all the trade Ideas are really proving that fans think Isiah has done a bad job constructing this team, and thus, you must get on his ass as much as anyone.

You can't love Isiah and suggest trading 3-4 guys at the same time.

Our PF chucks up 20 footers because the coach designs it that way.

My eyes have been opened...great post.
Let's just be happy with what we have and hope just hope we can beat houston at home...then there will be no chants.

Also, am I the only one that thinks marbs is due for the IR?

I am with you here. Lenny ain't the best defensive coach in the world, but he is not the fault of this club.

Lenny is perfect for this team... A .500 coach for a near .500 team. Mediocrity personified.
We could be the Dallas Mavs of the East.

if zeke hired lenny off the cuff just to settle fans and media firing lenny at this point in time would prove just that.
