23 is a blessed jersey for guards. Anyone that wears that number will have a decent career. However, 15 (Vince Carter and Melo), 8 (Kobe), will never truly fullfil their potentials. Carter is very athletic but he too disrespected the legend (MJ). I feel sorry for Melo, as good as I think that he can be, but the number that he wears will preclude him from reaching his potentials........
