Oh man we NEED to win this game and get back on track. I say we come out and play hard for 48 minutes, Knicks win 96-90

we have minor problems compared to this team. Abdur rahim, Darius Miles an Derek Andersen[all starters] are out. Looks like telfair will get some solid minutes.

I'm going to the game tonight, can't wait. 2nd game of the season for free. Woo, gotta love friends with tickets.

Hopefully the Knicks will at least show up.

I'll say, Knicks win 97-74
Ariza has a huge game: 18 points, 7 rebounds, 7 assists, 4 steals
Marbury 22 points, 8 assists
Nazr 15 points, 12 rebounds

Way to keep that positive attitude!

But I say this is it for Lenny if the Knicks come out shy. If they are playing hard the whole game and happen to lose, thats one thing. But if they start down by 20 in first quater, Lenny is gone. If they are all injured and out then this should be a blow-up from the Knicks point of view, but who knows?

I know that you guys don't expect the Knicks to win tonight. If so, you are all crazy....Lenny will be fired after tonight for sure, because we will be once again embarassed by the visiting team...

Wow! Im out for a week, without any Knicks news and this is what I see! A 4 game losing streak, the Lenny watch at full strenght, Crawford still out, and now even Sweetney and maybe Tim Thomas out?

TT might be out, and this might be the best news in a while for the Knicks. I hope he is out for the season, any player who will get his minutes will make us better.

Steph needs to drop 30, period.
Nazzy needs 20.
Without 50 from them, we aren't giving ourselves a chance to win. We cannot rely on H20, although I hope he has a good game tonight.

Maybe Vinny will see some light tonight. He should be able to do some work.

Damn why can't our team just be healthy?

Beautiful first half so far. H20 has got it going, Steph is penetrating and scoring at will, as well as running ther break nicely. Kt is bangin his shots.

We are seeing what was oh so clear to us all along:
JYD in the starting lineup makes us better. Or first basket was a 3rd or 4th attempt because we had Nazzy KT and JYD are down low for rebounds.

Trevor Ariza has been great.
He banged a 20 footer, shot one brick, but caught to fast break scores including one monster dunk. 8 points in 7 minutes.

Even moochie is looking good. Team defense is solid. I love it.

yeah i agree that they're playing well.

but this is the same team that comes out in the 2nd half and blows big leads.

this first half, although a positive sign, is far from an indication that this team is going to make any long-term improvements.

but so far so good.

That move by Ariza from the wing we've seen several times from him. Great move and spin by his defender, then the perfect pass to a cutter for a layup. That's the future of the Knicks. Give this kid minutes and let him grow.

14 fast break points!!!

And we come back out in the 3rd and extend the lead!!!! So far so good.

We were shooting 60% at the half and they are shooting 58%.

The turnovers are killing them.

Thats a good sign, but we gotta tighten up.

H20 still can't move so well, but he can still shoot it baby.

he has 20 points in the game with 7 and half left in the 3rd!!!

you gotta love how the knicks big men are playing tonight. Tough D, good passes, good rebounding. Nazzy with 2 big dunks. Gotta love it.
