I mean comon its pretty obvious by now that this team isn't going anywhere this year, we'd be lucky if we don't get swept again in the first round, ok thats an exaggeration we could get into the 2nd round of the playoffs, but whats the point thats as far as we'll go if we play the best ball we can. So I'd just do it, pull the trigger Isiah, theres many more positives than negatives if we do, ok yes we'd be a more flawed team if we do it with an s-load of guards and not enough big men but who cares heres why. 1. Sweetney starts(since we ain't going nowhere we might as well play our young guys, as a matter of fact I believe that if we had Ariza's Bird rights locked up he'd be in the starting lineup yesterday, but Isiah is keeping him in check so he doesn't blow up and run away until he can extend him and finally get his Bird rights because lets face it money talks, I'd leave too if I got offered more money somewhere else) 2. Kurts value keeps dropping by the day, not because his play but because his age, Kurt could go on a rampage the rest of the season and his stock still won't go up much if it all because he's old. 3. We get younger 4. Wally is more tradeable in the future if we need to move him than Kurt will be. 5. Houston is finished(but we need to hang on to him even if we have to toss him on the IR list for the rest of his Knick career because his contract becomes gold when its at 1 year left.) So instead of it being Crawford with Houston backing him up, it'll be Crawford with Wally backing him up. 6. This summer Isiah is going to go all star and quality players shopping because he's gonna have so much to work with, huge contracts with 1 year left expiring left and right, mle, lle, the 2006 first rounder if he wants to throw it in somewhere, Isiah will be much closer to completely be finished building his team after this summer and will be done the team will be built after the 2006 summer and we'll finally get to see what Isiah's vision was.
