The sixers are playing some good ball and we only lead the division by 1/2 game

we should not win the division at .500

marbury and co. have to set the bar higher. it's no good to be a game or two over .500 and on top of a crappy division. if you want to be on a winning team like nazr and jamal talk about so much, go win the games. we know how talented our guys are, but let's see them play and not make excuses and claims they don't back up.

we'll bounce back, beat some crappy teams and be routed by the good ones.

My feeling is, with this roster and this coach - the Knicks will always be aroung .500 - either a little bit above or below but basically a .500 team. Look at Lenny's coaching record - sure he is the winningest coach in the league but he also has almost as many losses.

I am not trying to pin this all on him, its not all his fault - the roster is flawed, the players arent living up to their contract expectations, and other teams like the Heat, Kings, etc are just better. It is going to take time to fix all of this, I dont think anyone on this board thought the Knicks were going to make a run at a championship this season.

Raptors will suprise everybody, they had a horrific 3 road trips so early in the season and now have a boat load of games at home.

They will be at the top of the eastern conf soon.

... we're a slightly above .500 team with a healthy JC and Sweets. Our current state is another story. When you think about it, it was pretty funny when so many chirped about the 3-0 Knicks without JC... how we were better off without him. We're not hearing too much of that lately.
