this was his night, he was going against a 6-6 guy who is 45 pounds lighter and 6 years older and he puts up 3-9 again.

what can you say, we took a LOT of sht players on to acquire one great one, and two good ones. i hope ron artest is next:>)

you cant beat the heat the way we are set up way to small and not athletic enough. You would need to rotate three big men and play 4 quick slashers and move fast pace 48 minutes and trap full court.

we dont even have a f style of play its give it to marb and let him bowl someone over
RIP Crushalot😞

I'll deal with him for a while longer, if it means using his contract for another big deal.

I've been one of the biggest Tim supporters here but even I have to say that there is no excuse for the way he is playing right now. We needed him to step up tonight because we were not getting any offense at all (except from Kurt and Steph). He is getting good shots most of the time, but he can't put it in at all. He is really hurting us right now but we have to stick with him for now and hope that his shot starts to fall.

you and i are his biggest supporters, but I have enough with his game right now. there are guys out there who are very hungry to be at his position, but they are not given the chance. I don't want to trade him right away, but I want to trade Kurt and fire Lenny yesterday....

TT is what he is, a 4th scoring option that doesnt play any D or rebound. He is terrible. The only way we get rid of this bum is when his deal expires or he is traded as dead money in an expiring contract.

Its time to accept the awful player Fugazy is. Iseah dropped the ball on that one, the negatives that TT brings almost outwegih Mohammed's positives. Then again, where would we be w/out Mohammed right now?
A glimmer of hope maybe?!?

Tim Thomas is a bench player at best. I really wish Lenny would at least shake up the starting lineup. Start Ariza. I like JYD's energy off the bench

Trading KVH for Nazr worked out, even with the excess baggage that is Tim Thomas.

Im still not sold on this one. first doleac was a good player for us and van horn, yes i liked that guy, was 10 times the player tt is.

TT brings nothing. Van horn played hard. He could shoot and rebound.

Nah I like the trade. I thought KVH played well for us, but Nazzy means more to us thatn KVH. TT needed more touches, what was the problem we were having dumping the ball to him? It was making me sick. TT played good defense though. He played hard on D. He just could give us so much more. But I think we aren't utilizing him properly. Some plays need to be created around his abilities and where he likes the ball. We really should run more, we could exploit the talents on our team more. Ariza, TT, JYD could get more open looks. This should be a running team. We could do much better.

yeah TT's looked a little better defensively and on the boards, but i'm real pissed at him on offense right now. he keeps getting himself caught in no-man's land. he's doing some dumb **** where his moves are "in-between," like in between a drive and a pull-up, in between a shot and a pump fake, in between a layup and a finger roll, in between a dunk and a scoop, etc. It's maddening. I really belive he's developed a flinch reflex form getting hammered by Collins. His game is in the toilet. i've said it before, the same thing happened to Ralph Sampson after he got clobbered under the boards, fell hard on his back, and got temporary paralysis. He never went up hard around the rim again.

I have said it many times and I will say it again, the reason why N.Y is as bad as they are is because of the PF position. Marburry runs 60% of the plays around Kurt Thomas. Even when Marburry wants to run, he has to slow the game down to allow Kurt to catchup. We could be much better playing like Phoenix or Seattle. We are a running team, but Lenny is not a running coach.

... we have problems up front but, a big reason for our failures rests on the shoulders of TT.

No one with decent eyesight could possibly support this guy at this point in time.

Yea TT can't hit a jumper if it saved his life. He isn't the effecient player he was last season.

Houston makes 17mil
Penny makes 14mil
TT makes 12mil

They combine for 43million and together put up 27pts 7rebs 5assist on 40% shooting.

There has to be some way to fix that.

to be fair, houston's numbers will go up. he's been improving since he got back, and i have faith we'll see more big games out of him.

penny will never put up good numbers here. his job won't be to score, at best we'll want him to come in with energy, play tough D, and be a part of the offense, not a star go-to guy. if he doesn't like that role, maybe he should retire, he can't do much more than that on any quality team. we're best off waiting out his contract until we can trade him or lose his $$$ from the cap.

TT! what a mess. he definitely shouldn't be underperforming even the low level he set back in milwaukee. the games i've seen he's like the sixth guy on the other team, whenever he touches the ball they seem to end up with it, off a bad turnover or ugly shot. we're best off waiting out his contract until we can trade him or lose his $$$ from the cap.
