fire the coach! get crawford back! buyout Houston! no defense! we stink were great we stink were great we stink

how about we took way to many 3s, we didnt move the ball nearly as well and they were able to control the glass just enough to limit second chance shots. they built up a lead on some lucky shooting and we never got totally back. they made big plays when it counted case closed.

Wow...first loss I'm not blowing off steam after.
I was just sort of eased after this one. I KNOW we are better than the Nets, and I feel very confident that we will win the division. This game just goes back to the "Beat the best, lose to the worst" deal.

Atleast we built it up to 3 games over .500 this time. Next two games should be tough, but very entertaining to me.

Wow... me too. With this team you just always expect a letdown after some high times. NY is the best team, but they didn't play like that tonight. What really surprised me was that it was at the Garden, and I was really counting this one has a win. I wanted to shut the mouth of the Nets, but NY is like this. Move on, get a win the next time and forget how you started the 2005...

Yes Briggs, it sounds I am just complaining. Nothing I can saw about that.

Well, it was one of those nights... We should've played better at home and against NJ but, such is life. Now you all that have been praising H20 so much to even propose trading Craw know why we need him? At least he is young and, when he was healthy, he could do a better effort on D than H2O. I do wondr, if the problem was defense at 2, why didn't Lenny use Ariza more? Why so many minutes to Hardaway returning from an injury. It wasn't a lot, but still significant. And JYD could've helped us offensively. Anyway, in terms of minutes it wasn't really a terrible job by Lenny. He did used H2O a lot but he is the starter so...

Well, whatever. Forget about this Nets, let them lose against everyone else so we will not have to worry about them- because, their win was more us not doing what we were supposed to do more than them dominating us. So move on, don't let this loss become a streak, get another good win against a good team, like the Kings. We always play them tough and win, so lets continue that trend.

Lets go back at 3 games over .500!

Tonight we really needed Crawford, and it showed. Knicks had nothing going on on offense in the first half except Marbury and Mohommad forcing shots. But he should be back soon so thats something to look forward too

HEy I was @ the game this evening hoping for a win on my birthday.

It was a dissappointing loss but you know what??? We're still in 1st place in the Atlantic division.

As many of you had mentioned, we really needed Crawford tonight.. Houston didn't even show up offensively and T. Thomas was agressive going to the hole but couldn't convert.

Hey at least we didn't get beaten by 15 cause a couple of times during the game, the Knicks were down by 15..

Thank god for NAzr's 13 reb and Stephon's 31 pts or else we would've gotten killed by double digits..

It seems that the only critical obstacle we really need to improve on is the inconsistency. We need to get over that humpby beating teams repeatily.. We beat timberwolves but lose to under .500 NJ.

There' plenty of games left so it gives us time to improve...

Knicks will be ok...

Did any1 watch H20 on offense. All he did was stand at the perimeter, do nothing and wave his hands like a crazyman. Finally at the end when he needed to step up knock down 3s to get the game close, it was the 1st time he had to have some1 playing tight on him, and he couldn't get a shot off.
Give him fewer minutes. He's still the man, and i'll watch him go shot for shot with korver, peja, rashard, redd or any1 else.

in the grand scheme of things, this game was pretty much over after buford hit all those jumpers in the 2nd, we were down 13 at the half, and steph had 1 assist.

What are you talking about? If you want to see him go shot for shot, go to practice. I dont wanna see him go shot for shot and I hope neither does Lenny.
