How about JYD jumping into the 4th row!! Love the hustle. Those fans in the 4th row were loving it. Great hustle.

Great! I love to have a player like JYD on this team. He gives the other players such an example of how they should work harder. His energy really spreads to the other players and his impact on defense is real. And those hustle plays! Has a fan I love when players do that! It just shows you how much they are trying to win it.

some idiots on this board still want to see him traded. They say that he is not worth the contract. To me, I would much rather pay that type of money to a guy like JYD than TT or even Houston.

EVEN Houston? Everyone agrees that Houston did not deserve even 3/4 of the money in the contract he got!

I do believe that JYD has earned all of his team-mates respect in the locker room. I see our team adopting his crazy attitude by mid-season. Damn, even TT is putting effort on defense now....

I am not ignoring the question. I remember when it was rumored that Isiah wanted to get Vince, some folks on this board had proposed to trade JYD and a couple of players back to Toronto since he has a huge fan based out there to sweeten the deal. But after just a few days as a Knicks, he is growing the same amount of fans out here in N.Y. also.

The Knicks are not just the JYD. The key is, we have to HUSTLE (like we do against good teams) every night... against the BAD teams!!

i think the point of that discussion back then was that you don't let JYD prevent you from making a deal for a star player...but that doesn't mean anyone here said they wanted to get rid of him.

Exactly. If you propose including JYD in a 3 way trade where we get Lebron James and Tim Duncan, it doesn't mean we *wanted* to get rid of JYD!
