When Marb was playing like **** in Athen, Isiah got on him and told him exactly what he was doing wrong. Immediately after that, Marb went out and played like the player that we all knew that he could. Surprisingly enough, Isiah had a little talk with him about his defensive game and some things that he has been doing wrong; immediately after that he showed last night that he has gotten the message. I am hoping for the best out of Marburry, because I and the most of you know that this kid can be the best PG in the league if he improves his weaknesses. If he continues to listen to Isiah, there is no telling of how far he can help lead this team.

On a side note, if the Knicks can put together a nice winning streak, I.E. if we can win the next couple of games, we will cause a lot of problems for the teams around the league. Our boys are just lacking a little confidence, but once they get it, they will be a really tough team to deal with. However, it all starts with Marb. He said it best "this is going to be me from this point out", I hope that he can continue to be aggressive, because that is his game. He is at his best when he attacks the basket and when he is less passive. That is why I have been calling for Kurt to be traded. He for some reason slows the game down considerably. Marb has to exert a lot of energy by trying to set him up in the pick & roll.

Isiah talked to him in Athens,

but Christmas morning his dog told him he was not being aggressive enough and should not give the ball to Crawford. The Rotwieller is smart. He said Marbs was trying to hard to work Craw in, but that Marbs was the man!

Son of Sam also had a talking dog.

The old claymation TV show "davey and goliath" was about a boy and his talking dog.

Pokie talked to Gumby, but he was a pony. A indoor pony was kinda funny, should have been a dog! Like a pony can live indoors! Like what in the hell was Gumby anyway?

All that will matter right now is how long Marbs keeps it up.

every pg in this league respect IT. they all saw him score 40 points on a dead ankle and collapse from pain at the end. that brings respect imo.

Isiah the player (not playa) was an animal. His drive and determination was incredible! He was born from Bobby Knights system where he learned respect. Isiah is old school. THis I like about him!

I would like the team to be of that kind of mentality.

he was also one of the dirtiest players from elbows to knees and distracting refs with his hands while he would stomp on a shooter's foot. He was the epitome of a player with good talent who become one of the best ever through hard work and determination.

If Marburry ever learn what Isiah did as a player, he will not have anyone better than him on the court. He already has a lot that Isiah never had, he just has to learn the little things that Zeke used to do.
