what do you do?

Lets consider the team we have now--with or without Crawford, is MUCH MORE than we had when we were +.500 and into the playoffs last year. We didnt have Ariza thomas Houston Brewer for the playoffs last year, and Sweetney is better as well. If this team isnt atleast 3-4 games over .500--do you shed almost anything reasonable for draft picks and young players, or try be a buyer[i.e give up another first or take on salary to push for the playoffs, even if its means more and more mediocrity.

I'd shed players in the right deal just to get more draft picks and players, yes...
We are a rebuilding team that just HAPPENS to be competitive right now, we must look towards the bigger goal and that is the championship.

I'm still worried that the team will be 7-22 after 29 games

I'd get Phil Jackson. Let him tell me what players to go for during the summer.
