Lenny's arguing a call and forgetting to call time out in the game likely did not cost us the game. The odds were still with the celts to hit their foul shots.

But.............

He still gotta do it! He still must manage the game!

As far as who plays and who does not, there are scenarios to which decides playing time. Foul trouble, the hot hand, fatique, etc.

A coaching staff goes over this constantly, and put together a game plan before each game. I also consider Isiah to be a big part of this process.

The question for debate is: Who decides playing time? LEnny or Isiah?

who decides Sweets minutes? JYD's Role? Arizas minutes? When to yank Crawford when he is playing the fool? Etc.

While we might call for Lenny's head, he has a benchfull of coaches, and Isiah pulling the strings!

Or do we just ride it out with this group until next summer when we have assets to play with?
