i still think we can hold them off but it's gonna take one major defensive overhaul. will it come with time? or will it come with new players?
Definitely the Atlantic will not be an easy walk, and thats the thing that this Knicks must understand and respond. They are showing us that they have the guns to win a lot of their games but they just don't give enough effort to do it. The nights they do, especially on defense, they win, and you can read in the recaps that somewhere it mentions that defense played part in their win. How man points the Mavs scored against us? 124 or something like that. How many did Boston? 114 There was no defense and the results were terrible losses. This team expects to be in 1st place just because they believe they are good. Guess what? They have to play to make it happen and they aren't doing it. If this team finishes out of the 1st place or of the playoffs, they will deserve it. Is it their coach? It has to do. Is it also the players? Of course! Who has to go out there and play hard? If I love the place that I'm playing for, I'll play the hardest I can to win, no matter how stupid the coach is.
There are no excuses for their garbage play. Im already tired of them...
