The next five games should be easier than the previous 5 games.

@BOS - W (They have to win this one)
CHA - W (Hope they dont screw this up)
@ORL - W
MIN - L (I only say Loss because I cannot be sure the knicks can beat winning teams)
NJN - W (They cannot screw this one up)

The Knicks have a chance to go 4 - 1 over the next 5 games. We are playing 2 division rivals and one expansion team that has been playing excellent. Predictions?

Well, I hope so. We have to come out strong after last night. I expect to see our players treat the next few games with some urgency.

Thank god we play tonight. I can quit being pissed about last night's game and get excited for tonight's.

I know exactly what you mean. I am thinking about watching tonite's game at a bar. Incase they start losing, I will be getting bitten by snake's and pounding those captain coke's.

This is more troubling than some of you are saying.

NY had an entire traIning camp with Lenny in charge, certain things are un acceptible now that we allowed last yr.

I wonder if Chaney had this roster would they play any better that they are playing for Lenny....Chaney never had a chance to have steph in training camp.

After that game against the Celtics we thought it should never happen again.

Well it did and it was worst.

Who ever the real Captain is OF THIS 2004-2005 KNICK TEAM IS really needs to become VOCAL!

Well if u are wondering, let me tell you! No. Chaney would've still played losers like Shandon and Howard and brought Frank W. off the bench. Dont forget he also benched Charlie Ward because "Eisley cannot bring the same game off the bench." The guy was a puppet of the Dolan/Layden gang and a sad excuse for a head coach in NY.Lenny doesnt seem much better at this point but he is better than Chaney.

If only we had JVG, we would be competing for the championship.

1-4 only win is against CHARLOTTE

2-3. Im saying this cuz road wins are hard, and other than the Philly game, which was great by the way, we are not a good road team yet.

Orlando at home is a problem. Tonite the knicks might win on emotion, but the road is the road! Minny in the garden would be a good game. We might get them here! Nets could be buzzing with Vince and ride an emotional high. I will watch that one!

Charlotte at hime should be a gimme. 2-3 is not unrealistic! For this team, nothing is easy.

The 2002 knicks played very hard and together as a unit under chaney. That was his first full year. He did a very good job with a bad roster. This was the year Dice got hurt! They almost made the playoffs in a stronger East division. The players played for Don that year.

Do you remember the game we had against the Charlotte Hornets at the Garden? That was definitely quitting, especially to their coach...

This team needed a different coach than Lenny even before he came here. They needed a tough coach, one that would get the best out of their players by puching them to always do a better job. That doesn't seem to be the way with Lenny. Unfortunately he is our coach and it would hurt this team a lot right now. But Lenny shouldn't last after this season, no matter what...

I do miss JVG, he would have this players playing good defense...

Have you seen Orlando's record lately? they are not a loosing team. That is a tough game. Boston has also gotten better or late.

I do miss JVG, he would have this players playing good defense...

Jeff ain't working magic with the Rockets- somehow I'd figure that a 7'6" center that can pass and score should get the ball almost every time down court, but every time I watch their games, nothing! Jeff, if he lasts the season, might very well be gone end of this year.

I agree. Orlando and NJ are the imp games in the next week. Important becuase there is no way to tell how the knicks will play against them. I am really looking forward to tonite's game. They better destroy Boston. They should have 2 reason to motivate themselves.
1) Boston raped them in the home opener
2) Dallas just abused them on their home court.

Hopefully they make Boston the punching bag.

Knicksfan is right. We did lose to the Bobcats (not hornets) last time we played them. Hopefully we play hard and start off 2-0 for the next 5 games.

we probably beat NJ and Cha, but maybe only Cha if the greatest player ever in Wince Carter ever actually gets out of street clothes.

Yea you are right. I just said it to piss playa off cause he hates JVG. I figured, playa pisses me off every time like no one else, why cannot I try and piss him off once or twice. It didnt work tho.
