If he ever decided to play hard on both ends this guy really would be 2nd only to Shaq. Just watching the Pacers/Bulls. I have to eat some crow... if the Knicks had any shot at all we HAVE to take it. If that means Nazr, Ariza, Sweetney, whatever you do it.

he's the 2nd most physically dominating presence in basketball next to shaq. it's all upside with him. that's why chicago won't trade him or it will cost alot. he's been playing well as of late and i think he finally may put together a solid full season now which will make him a max player. if he keeps this up, chicago will re-sign him and shop chandler. chandler has better work ethic, but curry can clearly be the franchise player.

I have similar feelings about Chandler.. the nice thing about his is he's a perfect fit next to Sweetney. Sweet and do the scoring in the post and Chanlder just has to board and help on D

fish - the scary thing is, now things are sort of looking good for chicago. all those years of waiting and it may have finally come. chandler is now the perfect complement to curry. granted it's only been a few games, but if this holds up, chicago needs to re-sign both, probably close to max for curry and $50-60 for chandler making them both VERY tough to get. but that's depending on how things hold up the rest of this season.

Oh well. No GM in this league want to help Isiah. The way it is looking, we may not be able to put together a trade package until next season when we have our expiring contracts. If our pieces continue to develop, and Lenny finally finds a way to mix them up nicely, we will be just fine for now. I am not satisfied with what we have. I do believe that we can be better.

Lets wait and see. Curry, Dalembert, and even Brown would make some nice additions to the Knicks. I think that somehow Isiah will acquire one of them for NY...

Here I was just looking at the pvr replay of the Bulls vs Pacers and before the 1st quarter was over I just had the urge to start a thread on what a monster I think Curry is right now. Then ta da, it's already here. Whewww, is all I can really say. He'll be a true Monster of The Midway". He's been playing intimidating defense. I was even able to pause one of his blocks just to see how high he was up off the ground. I have no idea how Isiah could get him because the one weakness Chicago had with Curry was him feeling unwanted. From what I see here tonight he's looking real comfortable in his skin right about now. If Chicago doesn't sign this kid to Max money they're crazy. He's gonna be that good.

Here is how I would like to see Zeke play this out.

Keeps Sweets and go after Dalembert any way you can: KT/Nazr/Picks/$$$. Those 2 guys playing would go well together. Low poster with weak side D and blocking and rebouding.

OR

Go after Curry any way you can and keep KT: Nazr/Sweets/picks/$$$. With Curry and KT you have low post and weak side spacing with Kurt.

All-in-all, keep Ariza.

The thing is that they are starting to win and he may want to stick around. But, if he still wanted to go away, and I really hope he does, I hope he follows the lead of his best friend. Ask for a trade to NY! Let Isiah give you a big contract in a sign and trade! Bring him home, Zeke!!

I posted on real GM that I would trade KT and Sweetney for curry and a couple of dudes were trying to make light of it who were knick fans. i know really most Knick fans dont know who eddie curry even is, because they havelikely only seen him in passing if they happened to watch knicks - bulls. thats why i say in my head if there was a scintilla of opportunity to get one of these guys--and i think there was a small window with curry, you just gotta go for it 100% there just isnt to many gusy 7-0 280 who can move with skills. once that team gets polished and a good coach--theyll be good.

I guess I need to watch some Bulls games, cause I have not had this revelation yet. He still always seems like a bum to me.

I agree, with Aguirre's and Glymph's tutelage, and the atmosphere that Isiah has created around the Knicks, this kid is likely to finally fufill his potential. Marbuy's PG skills will also make him a better player.
