i know he got a few tickie tackers, but they dont use him right when he is in there. that guy looks imposing--he must have put on some weight
heck if they dont want him, im sure we could package up Nazr and a future #1 pick and take back McKie's contract

I think Dalembart on the Knicks would be
38 minutes 14 points 14 rebounds 4 blocks

Briggs I was at the game also and I was noticing the same thing. Dalembert looks real big. I would like to get him but would like to keep Nazr some how . They would make a nice combo. I would rather give up kt if possible. Try to keep youth and size. Dalembert is going to be a free agent , you would think this is the time to get him.

I would like to keep Nazr, as BRD had commented on, but if Philly offered that (martin's trade), I would have to accept.

If that becomes a sure way to get Dalembert in NY, then do it please! But like BigRedDog said, I would love to somehow find a way to keep Nazr and make him our starting PF. He has improved so much and I like his play. Still, imagine if we had Dalembert...

After that, Sweetney would have to get a lot of more minutes and we could also use Baker again for offensive purposes. Make it happen (but again, if you can leave Nazr out, thats better)...

Okay we all seem to be on the same page. Nazzy at the 4 is a great look for us. Nazzy and Dalembert as our front court makes us look very very serious. With that back court I would expect big things from us.

I dont think the knicks would do it and it doesnt add up financially.

A package that included Nazr a first round pick in 2008[philly owes a bunch of first rounders.]Baker and the Knicks taking back ollie mCkie and Dalembart.

KT and sweets for Dalembert and McKie
works in the trade checker.

Zeke lets pull the trigger on this one. And i really like Sweets, but he aint 7 feet and brolic.

Steph
H20
TT
Nazr
Sammy

Next move is to package TT for someone and get it crackin.
Damn I like sweets though. Maybe there is another way.

Wait this is really KT & Sweets for Dalembert, because we dont need mckie and isn't he hurt anyway? I don't think I like that. That is too much.

how about this

Nazr
Baker
1st round pick in 2008 lotto pro
3mm in cash
Mckie
ollie
Dalembart

obviously i would leave out the pick and cash and even ollie to start the discussion, but would be willing to go up here.

I'm going to jump in the Dalembert wagon. First of all, let's not give up on Kurt just yet. He is an important part of the rotation. We have other pieces to satisfy Philly so how about give them Nazr/Sweets for Dalembert/Ollie?

C-Dalembert
Pf-Kurt
SF-Tim for now
SG-Craw
PG Marbs

Pretty nice line-up there if you ask me.

First of all, who would you rather trade?

Kurt Thomas

or

Nazr Mohammed

?

Dalembert would help us a lot in many ways, especially on defense...

What is completely and utterly absurd is how you failed to read the entir post where I said it was too much. It is not however ridiculous or absurd it is just giving up too much and after I looked at it again I didn't like it.

However, I do like this:

Trevor Ariza
Jerome Williams

for

Sam Dalembert
Aaron McKie

it works too

Would Philly do it?

I wouldn't do that deal. Would trade Mohommad and Sweetney, but players like JYD are very hard to find and 19 year olds that make changes in games are almost inexistant other than LeBron.

I disagree with you 100%. Even though I like jyd's game hes 32 yrs and mohommad is 28 and sweetneys younger. For the future of the team you trade jyd aheads of all of them.
