Last nite the knicks were looking past the Nets (Allans reduced minutes, Marbs sitting down the stretch) to tonites game.

This is a statement game for Isiah against the Pistons. A friendly statment mind you.

For Dice, he gets to stick it to Isiah for his huring his feelings!

Its all been said, and what is done to get Marbs was good, but it would be nice to have Dice with our MLE this year.

actually Marbury was sick last night... this is a big game for the Knicks. The Piston's are struggling right now, and the Knicks have been playing good ball at home. This is a very winnable game. Ben Wallace usually MURDERS the Knicks and KT especially.

Tonight's game is going to make men out of our players. If we win tonight, look for the Knicks to put together a pretty nice winning streak. Does anyone know whether or not we will have a lineup change? because my man Prince will show TT out tonight if he gets in the game.

Good. He is a pansy anyway.

He got mad cuz he got traded saying Isiah is a snake, meanwhile he could have resigned with the Knicks easily this off season.

This is a business. For him to openly get mad was so idiotic. The Knicks needed to get better and Marbs is the type of guy the Knicks were looking to get since Clyde was playing.

Yeah the Prince match up favors Detroit......

Besides that I think the Knicks match up well and should give the Pistons a game.

Chancey and Rip vs. Marbs and Craw......
KT, JYD, Sweets, Nazr, Vs Ben, Sheed and whoever is healthy over there.....

I think Houston can abuse Prince from the perimeter. Prince is long but Houston can get his shot off on anybody.

I predict a break out game for Houston....meaning his first double digit night in scoring.

Isiah is a snake. I think everyone knew the minute Layden was gone and Zeke took over that McDyess was a goner. Now the real question is what makes him more of a snake... getting chummy with Dice then dumping him or just giving him the cold shoulder because you know your trading him in a week.

deep down I think we'll lose tonight

Detroit is going to turn it around if they haven't started already add the fact that it's the second game of a back to back and we're in trouble. Last time we beat Detroit Rip & Billups were off. It wasn't that we played great defense. If they are off again tonight we will win...so cross your fingers. If they lose don't sweat it too much...Philly is next followed by the Kirilenko-less Jazz.

This is going to be a tough game for us. McDyess is probably to play, Detriot has been off since Saturday and the Knicks played last night. Plus the matchups favor Detriot.

We have been getting alot of production from Nazr, and Ben Wallace can neutralize that. Their guards are good and score and ours are not the best defenders. TT vs Prince....physically it should be great for TT, but the way he has been playing....well, you all know.

Luckily the Knicks are at home and have been playing better D. Marb and Craw have to have good games for us to win because I don't think our big guys can win this for us.

I agree. Either we defend their guards well or they shoot poorly. If billups and Rip score, we will most probably lose.

I want to see Azira get 15 min against prince. I want to see Dice play well and score 30 pts!

I want like this detroit team!

Despite all that, I think we win a close one by 5 pts! we are home, team is playing well, Allan will get 15pts, Sweets needs to stay out of foul trouble! But int he end, we win at home. They are preparing well for this one.

We jump out early for a 12 pt lead some time in first half, then its give and take in the second half.

Key? Craw shoots 50%! Kurt gets 15 on good shooting, marbs and sweets get to the foul line!

Isn't this the NBA Back to Back means nothing no excuse, all teams go thru this.

NY has to SAC UP and play like their motto "ALL BALL"

It's not an excuse, its one reason why NY might have a tough time. They are more tired than the Pistons.

This is what I think. TT could not score nor defend well the last few weeks. With TT in the starting lineup our defense and our offense both suffered. Our offense seemed to do better than our defense. Why not plug a defender in place instead of H2O who might not even be ready?
