Yes, everybody here has been lambasting our current squad for
lack of defense, but there are some silver linings.

This current team passes and moves the ball around better than
any Knick team in a long, LONG time, including the Ewing teams
where the passing consisted of a maximum of 3 passes (that being
in to Ewing, back out, back in to Ewing). As a result, the
team's offense has become much more exciting to watch. They
find the open man.

Why? We have a much more capable point guard than we've had
in a long time + Crawford who passes well, and the passing has
become contagious... everybody's doing it!

What a contrast to the Knicks of a year ago, who were a snore to
watch! All praise Isiah!

1 game over .500 with 12 of the games being on the road and 9 at home is not that bad. As Houston gets back, it should only help the team.

Craw is a good passer, when he passes up a shot. I turned game on last nite to see 4th quarter. Ugly ugly basketball. Winning ugly is ok.

I was not a big fan of the slow van gundy style giving the ball to ewing every time. Or to Larry and watch his try very hard to work it in. We need low post, but the movement is very good. Nazr does move well!

I'm practically crying tears of joy after what I saw from Nazy on defense yesterday. That was unbelievable.

Nazr bhitch slapping any NBA team is impressive. The Nets are depleted at the moment.

Im not that impressed with the game last nite, but a win is a win.

Detroit will be a better measuring stick for us.

Dice gonna stick it!

I am not impressed with this Knicks team at all. First of all this is the most expensive Knicks team ever. For the kind of money we have invested in them, it is absurd the quality of basketball they are playing. We are a poor defensive team, mainly because our coach is not willing to use our best defender in the starting lineup. That is why it is necessary to have a defensive minded coach in N.Y. I don't mind offense, but too much offense don't win games. We need a Knuckle head on the court like JYD as starter, once we have that, I will be the happiest Knick ever. Oh, once or if we trade Kurt, I will also be happy.

I'm loving Nazr but I do have to admit one thing - Jason COllins looked about as pathetic yesterday as an NBA center is capable of looking. He made Charles Smith look like Shaquille O'Neal. How many of his shots did Nazr get? my man Fred Weis would have been slapping some of those back. My man Scott Brooks would have been slapping back on Collins
