1) Say Nazr/Baker + $3mm for Camby

or

2) Nazr/Jamal for Nene/Camby

Miller
Crawford
Carmello
KMart
Nazr
... not too shabby.

1 - despite my distaste for matchstick man, of course i'd make that deal

2 - that'll never happen, it leaves denver way too thin at PF/C - they'd probably part with skita instead of nene

nope, wouldn't do it. Too injury prone. IF Camby could play 82 games consistantly, maybe.

No.

Denver's need is at SG. Houston and Penny make too much to be viable trade cndidates for Camby. Crawford would likely have to be included in any Camby deal. It's also unlikely that they'd trade Camby and Nene. If they trade one, they're likely to keep the other around

Crawford/Baker/Moochie for Camby/Skita works. Not sure if I'd do that though. But if we are going to trade JC, at least let it be for a big man rather than Carter

i didn't see this thread before i posted my last response suggesting a Nazr for Camby trade...i don't do the second trade you suggested because Jamal has more upside than Nené imho.

i think a straight up deal of Nazr for Camby & maybe some cash going DEN's way is more than fair considering Camby's past injury history & the numbers that Nazr is putting up right now.

I think I would definetly do deal A, since I happen to think this might be a fluke for Mohommad and he's not gooing to be able to consitantly keep these numbers up. Since Baker has been a letdown I deal him too. I wouldn't do trade B though, I've taken I liking to Crawford.

I guess I'm the only guy that would do #2.
We have more need for an athletic big than Crawford. Yes.

I think we need a low post threat/defensive big guy more than we need a athletic big guy.

I would consider the first trade, immediately reject the second.
If we trade Crawford, in my mind, that makes us weak at the two spot.
Can Houston last for 35 mpg? Definately not right now, not sure about the future either. That leaves Penny and Moochie to cover the remainder of time that Crawford now plays.

I like Camby, but you never know how many games you are going to get from him. It's a risk I'm willing to take at the right price.
It must just be me, but I am not too impressed by Nene. I would honestly rather give the PT to Sweetney.
would you trade Nazr for Camby?
