This roster has a lot of firepower, plain and simple but we dont take advantage.
When you have the kind of scoring we have you have to increase the number of possetions in a game to take advantage.
We HAVE to push the ball... I'm not talking about running every possession, but I am talking about pushing the ball. No more walking it up and taking 10-15 seconds to get the offense set. He have explosive scorers and great one on on players... the way to exploit that is to push the ball and maximize you possetions.
We arent getting anything from the 3 spot. Give Houston a few games to get his legs back and put him at the 3 for 25 minutes.
Right now we use small lineups but we dont really run a scheme that takes advantage of it.
When you look at Sea and Pho their philosophy is simple: We will outscore you in 100 possessions. Push the ball and contest shots.

I agree with you IF . . . we realize that a proper shot in a run-and-gun is a shot in the paint and NOT a pull-up jumper with no rebounders underneath. Blame me for having some questions on whether we can get that right? iI it's not there, pull it back out and set up.

but not like Amare runs the floor...When Jerome is in the game they do run but problably cos moochie is running the team. this is marbury's faault they should do a little more running with the starting 5...steph, craw, nazr and TT should run!

this is another KT problem. He's slow as poo and he doesnt start a good break because his rebounds are all on boxouts. When you have an athletic guy that chase down balls or tip balls out to guards it makes it much tougher on the transition D because you have guys scrambling.
