I watched him play Vs the Wiz the other day, and he looked fresh and a little rejuvinated, but that was while playing maybe 15 minutes. Can he play like that for the remainder of the season, especially when we all know that his game requires a lot of running around, cuts, and elevation???? It is different for guys like Webber and Kidd, because their games are much, much different. Houston has to be like Reggie Miller or Richard Hamilton, and that requires a lot of energy. In my opinion, he is best suited to come off the bench and play against non-starters.

I have no problem starting Houston. He can basically get his shot up against anyone. As far as defense, who would he be replacing? Jamal? TT? Not exactly All NBA Defense. Allan is atleast as good on D, if not a little better than those two. But even if he does start, all I want from him right now is about 20mpg. Ease him in, and work him up to 25. If he looks good with that for a while, give him a few more minutes, but no more of those 35-40 mpg deals.

I don't think that TT should be replaced by Houston. Houston is a 2 guard and it wouldn't be in his advantage to not only guard other bigger guys that play the SF position, nor exert that much energy on the bad wheels that he has right now. Crawf was brought in with the tought process of being Houston's backup, and Lenny should not deviate from that. TT is an asset believe it or not. He never started fast, but he has always have a better finish. Crawf can definitely anchor the second strings and most of all, provide some much needed scoring to keep us in the games. so ideally, for now, I would have Houston coming off the bench and plays 25 mpg.

Houston will last the entire season.... it looks like he is taking things very slowly, which believe it or not, is good, and also, his game is NOT based on elevation and all that. He needs enough elevation to get his sweet jumper off, and we all know he can do that.

Until last season, Houston was relatively injury free. He suffered because he tried to come back too quickly from surgery. He did it right this time, so I think he'll be fine.

if the rumors of h20 coming back as a starter is any incentive for crawford to display the kind of game played against denver, please allan last for the rest of the season
