Stoudemire is a guy i'd kill to have on the Knicks. can play center, blocks shots, gets 36pts and 15rebs often

He's incredible!

I think about 24 teams would want Amare as their center, Miami and Houston are 2 that would put him at PF .

NYK3, go dig up some old articles on Amare and get your story straight on Amare before you blame Layden.

yeah, i heard he blew off some workouts or something because he wanted to go to Phoenix? i guess i can't blame Layden for not picking him, but i can blame him for trading Nene & Camby for Mc-Gimp...water under the bridge now that Isiah turned that into a piece to get Marbury.

i think he's most aggressive big man in the leage in terms of going to the hoop. he's relentless and he's f'in strong as hell. in terms of pure phsyicalness and strength, i think shaq is first but amare is right after him on the offensive side of the court.

i remember the face that Marbury made after he dished a ball off to Amare early last season...i think it was against the Spurs...Amare took the dish at the free throw line, took 1 step & monster dunked on Nesterovic (i think it was him)...Marbury had this look of absolute pain & anguish, & you could see him mouthing the words "GOD DAMN!"...that's the type of player we need here in NY.

you're right. It was the same face Marbury made after TT dunked it on a fast break last year against Milwaukee or someone.

TT could play the same way if he had the determination and heart and aggression. He is just a doe out there compared to Amare's bull.

Marbury's face on the TT dunk over Dalembert was alot less stressed...i think we can measure the nastiness of the dunk by looking at Marbury's facial expressions.

Denver passed him twice in the draft.

If Layden had drafted him (and played him), he would still be the GM.
