Due to Cleveland, New York, San Antonio and Miami being over the cap, the 15% trade rule is invoked. Cleveland, New York, San Antonio and Miami had to be no more than 115% plus $100,000 of the salary given out for the trade to be accepted, which did happen here. This trade satisfies the provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

this trade is tOoOoOoOoO.....etc exaggerated.... who would give up superstars for people who have not proven themselves yet??

It would have been easier had the Knicks just did a better job of Tanking the season the year LeBron came out.
