legitimize us as a "good" team in the east or are we still regarded as a mediocre overpaid bunch?

1 game doesnt mean ne thing in the big picture. were a good team because of the players we have and what they can do. u cant jump to conclusions off 1 game. i personally think tonights game will be a big challenge and odds are not in our favor that we will win. i will say this, if crawford is shooting over 40%, and sweetney gets over 10 mins, we'll win.

It's too early to change anything, but I think after watching the 1st 14 games, we're upgraded to a good overpaid bunch.

Tonight means little in the overall scheme of things... where we are is relative to where we were before Thomas took over. On a relative basis, with the horrible players and contracts Thomas inherited and somehow unloaded, the Knicks are (as a franchise) MILES ahead of anybody's realistic expectations.

Its on the right road. You have to beat good teams at home as a start!

Yeah, its a big game, but not a do or die. Being in first place with a so-so record is bogus. Still better than not, but its just not

This game reminds me of the Cleveland game. Home against a good, though not great, opponent. We've got to be beat good teams consistently and great teams at least 1/2 the time at home to be good ourselves. Do this and take care of the lousy teams on the road, with a road W here and there against good and great teams, and you put together 45-50 wins. So it means a fair amount to me, even though it is just 1 game.

... I'd be somewhat surprised if we don't win tonight. We're starting to get that home court advantage we've not had for some time.

thats why its a big game to me, cuz we need that home court dominance, if it was on the road i'd say it wasent that big
