The pessimism is making me friggin sick.

Can anyone man the hell up anymore and back their team like they have a goddamn spine??? Some of these so-called fans posting are obviously haters that can only focus on the negative. I guess it takes too much rocket science to have a positive, optimistic outlook on the Knicks now that we finally have a reason to.

This team is NOTHING like the asinine roster that worthless idiot LayDown put together. This team is improving by leaps & bounds over what we had a year ago.

GO KNICKS!!! Smack the teeth outta those haters' whiny mouths! Teach the sniveling crybabies some manners!

i dont think that anyone doubts that the knicks should win this game. its just that this is NY, which means nothing is guarenteed.

I am just trying to save some of the fans from being dissapointed if we happen to lose the game. I too think that we should win tonight's game, but I think like that for every game that we play, not just Vs Atlanta.

On a side note, any one see the adds with Marbury on the cover with the words, "TOUGH, AGRESSIVE, FEARLESS". Open it up to see, "And that's just the fans" with a pic of some guys seriously into the game.

Watch a dam game and stop "feeling and Praying" about the games. just watch them, listen to them, and enjoy win or lose.

What in the hell kind of disappointment are we talking about. If ATL out plays us, they deserve to win! Enjoy the game, not the outcome. SOmetimes you win, and sometimes you don;t.

If I could not handle the disappointment of a loss in game 13 to ATL, I really got some issues. And, if the knicks suck, I'll go watch another game.

Like the last game against ATL, they blew them out, it was boring, I turned it off. We won, but it was not a great game. I liked the outcome, but not all games are great.

you kidding me? Its all about results.. winning and losing is all that counts. If you want to be a good team, not even a great team, just a good team you have to beat the teams your expected to beat. I'm sorry, but the Knicks and their 100mm payroll simply have to win games like this. The way the Knicks are going to have a decent year is to play .750 ball against the Bobcats, Hawks, Nets, GS, Chi, Mil abd NO. In those 24-22 games Knicks need to go something like 18-6, because they are lucky to play .500 against the rest of the league.

I agree wholeheartedly. It bogles my mind how people are so pessimistic when we play teams we are clearly better than then they think we can go and beat San Antonio.

I hear you, but the Knicks now have 2 back-to-backs. 4 games in 5 days. Woohoo!

Oh, wow, forgot about that....and to think, back during baseball season, that could be considered a slow week.

i've ragged on t.t. recently (and who could blame me for that?) but he had a good game against toronto, so i'm hoping that wasn't just a fluke and he continues his good ply tonite against the hawks. he's been going through some though family losses...so i'm rooting for the guy.

anyways, geez we're 1-5 on the road, that's gotta change for the knicks to be seeded decently during the playoffs. cause we'll definitely make the playoffs (look at the horrible records in the east), the question is whether we face a strong opp. in the early round or face a mediocre opp. and have a chance to advance. hopefully the latter. but for that to happen the knicks must play with intensity on the road as they do at home - just wearing black kicks and making a "team-oriented fashion statement" ain't gonna cut it.

dang, i gotta learn to keep my posts down to a few lines, this was ridiculous..sorry.
