This shoudl be an easy game for the Knicks to win, which means we'll probably struggle.

At some point, the 3pt shooting has to improve- not sure it's tired legs as much as it's just a team wide slump and the effort of opponents.

To the bad: Quick and RJ combine for 80 and Bobby Bouchar (the water boy) hits 10 3's on us.

To the good: Thibs breaks down and gets Kolek in with :35 seconds left in game

Wouldnt call this an easy game. Raptors at full strength have a lot of players who can score. Aside from RJ, IQ, Barnes I think they have Bruce Brown back now too. Poeltl also healthy who can get boards. IF KAT/Deuce down again its not gonna be an easy game at all. Shooting needs to come around at some point.

IQ will have it in for Thibs tonite. not saying he goes full Spreewell and starts yelling at Dolan, but he might have a smirk for Thibs and Leon.
Curious to see IQ on defense.

If he’s guarding JB, that’s barbecue chicken. He’s too small.

I have a feeling JB will have a breakout game. He tends to show up after taking blame for the teams shooting slump / losing streak.

I agree. Without Kat and especially Deuce, it’s going to be a dog fight til the end.

Very few point guards guard JB. Scottie Barnes and Bruce Brown will be on JB. If so you may see IQ on Mikal, so Mikal better post him up. Or maybe IQ guards Josh

Really surprised me how long IQ was on the injured list. I get the feeling that the Raps smell blood in the water, with KAT out and the starters spent.

Thibs did a good job of molding IQ into a solid PG. Didnt start him much, but he gave him the PT. I dont believe IQ has a legit beef with Thibs. Kolek should be jealous of how much PT IQ was given as a Knick.

If Thibs gave Kolek the same PT showed him the same patience he showed with IQ. I'm guessing we would see Kolek take his game to the next level. Become a reliable rotation player.

Kolek looks like a nice replacement for Cam Payne and/or Deuce. I'm one of the biggest Deuce fans, but Kolek is a better player as a backup PG. Deuce is a backup SG / utility player right now. He was a scoring PG in college and continues to be a scoring guard off the bench. Hope we keep him. I'm worried about size of our back court. IQ was a little taller. Deuce and JB might be the same height which is small for todays back court.

Deuce has outperformed his contract and will most likely find better offers. Not sure if Cam will be on the roster next year. I love IQ and wish he was still the backup but can't hate on IQ for obtaining his bag and starting role. I agree, I don't see why IQ would have any ill wills with Thigs or this organization. If anything, he should thank him for turning him into a starting caliber NBA PG.

they have to pull Kat- he is clearly in pain, this is stupid. If we can't beat the raptors without him, we don't belong in the conversation of contending teams.

If he gets an even more serious injury because we played him while he is clearly hurt someone has to answer for it.

I get it- he is a gamer. Trainer/medical staff probably said- he is not going to hurt it more.

Popovich would sit him. Thibs is just going to play him 40 like usual.
