Always bittersweet watching RJ play against us, he was the one guy I really didn't want to let go.

what? He's on pace to get a MAX from TOR.

He's averaged 22/6/6 on 53% in about 60 games since being traded there.

IQ still out? Finally has a chance to be a full-time starter and he gets hurt.

I'd be surprised if RJ doesn't play.

Jaylen Brown was always my hopeful comp for RJ. And it looks like he's almost there TBH. He's definitely looking at a MAX deal from TOR if he keeps this level up. it's been 56 games now so hard to call it a fluke anymore.

I remember IQ suddenly just clicked and went from inefficient to very efficient, and it looks like the same has happened with RJ.

Xmas schedule for the Knicks. 2 games and then 2 Gleague back to back games which will no doubt mean the starting lineups play 40min each cause Thibs is gonna stress out lol

Yo Alpha, I dropped about 4 pounds in the last week. Noticed my pants falling down today. Feels good!

I stopped eating crap, and started eating human-sized portions. Who woulda thunk it???

Good for you. I did my leg day work out this morning but during the game I will do a little workout with some resistance bands to stay to my vow to workout during each Knicks game. I also have lower back disk problems. This Saturday I slipped on some ice and fell hard on my back. I initially felt severe pain and electrical shocks in both legs. But today I feel better then I have in months. My wife said maybe the fall fixed my back. She said maybe it ruptured a cyst I had in my lower back. Wouldn't that be something. Good job, keep it up. When I started exercising back in April 2024 I was 220 and I am now 235 with frequent dumbbell and resistance band training with protein supplements. I feel much better being active
