Baker has cement for feet on the defensive end of the court. His offensive skill is not what is questioned. We don't need his offense because we have other guys who are providing and will provide it (Nazy, KT, Sweets), and they are also more sound defensively than he is. The only time I can fathom him being used is a against a team with a dominant big man so we can spread the fouls. He's a good depth guy to have I guess, but we really don't have much of a use for him, and that's why he doesn't play. Right now what we have isn't broken. Why fix it?

All kidding aside. Baker is an expensive ornament. That's it. He is in the bottom of the rotation of big men.
