Today I learned that DripDrop is the Knicks' hydration secret... Guess I’ve been training like I’m already on the team 😏 Anyone tried it?

Ive been drinking IQ Mix electorlytes but if this drip drop is helping us get 130 a night i should give it a try

Drink that Drip Drop every game along with the Knicks and me. Exercise during each game. Lift weights, use resistance bands, dumbbells, elliptical riders, stationary bikes, walking or jogging while the game is on.
