Do we still owe draft picks to Pheonix....namely the 2005 #1 pick?

the Knicks still have their 2005 #1 pick. I think the #1 for 2004 was sent to Pheonix, who then moved the pick to Utah.

we owe somebody this year's second rounder. We owe Pho a "future conditional" first rounder, but I dont know what those conditions are. I remember reading its not a given the ever get another #1 at all, but I could be wrong.
