Wow bucks looked terrible - they were playing the 2nd of a back to back, so lucky our way.

I still think Milwaukee will figure things out.

Pistons beat the Hawks.

Yeah… That loss keeps sucking.

Good bounce back tonight, though…

9 assists for Brunson and it could’ve easily been many more.

Loved how he was constantly looking to pass and set up people.

I hope he keeps it up because it will free up other guys and in the end, he’ll get better shots.

Didn’t get to watch, just blindly looking at the box score. Looks like Brunson started cold and then opened up the offense with passing.

Love the 48 3 points, the rebounds, the assists. They are finding their modern game and just need to get the execution and flesh out the bench.

I'm not an x's and o's expert but I was at the game tonight and they seemed to be running the offense through Josh a lot. Spacing looked so much better and the offense looked fluid.

It makes sense. iHart was not a spacer for us in the normal way. He was a spacer because bigs had to play up on him due to his passing. That is why he worked better as a starter than Mitch. If we use Hart this way we will avoid bigs playing off hart and clogging the paint.

Bucks will figure it out to some degree, but man they look really bad right now.

He does make a good point. For having such good wing defenders they get beat a lot. We can't rely on Mitch or IHart to cover for their mistakes anymore.

Not sure why but re-watched 1st part of Hawks game and right out of the gate we had 2 or 3 mix ups on perimeter switches.

Very 1st play of game there is a handoff between 2 Hawks guards rather than switch both Brunson/Hart chase the guy who flows to the hoop and leaving the Risacher wide open for his 1st 3 of the night. Similar situation happened on a OG/Mikal switch and then on a simple ball swing from side-side Josh gets lazy sits in paint and is very late to wide open Risacher corner 3.

Kat has been poor/late on contesting at the rim but he's just not a quick leaper and I would think he's trying to stay away from foul trouble. On flip side the perimeter D of Mikal/Hart/Deuce/Brunson has been sketchy - OG's been solid IMO.

Even tonight - we were very solid for most part but there were stretches where we just fell asleep. The one where Greek just walks into Hart and spins off baseline for wide open dunk and Clyde was like Hart sleeping on that play.

On the good side regarding Kat - he may be bottom defending the rim but he's been playing flawless /// magnificent team oriented offensive basketball.

If Kat is healthy and playing we need Brunson to just be a 20/10 guy who is looking to create but balancing by staying aggressive.

Play off Towns/Bridges -- get off the ball some and just play in the flow with everyone.

Balanced offensive game and if needed take game over down the stretch.

Thats a good point and makes sense, although I think that Kolek is already miles ahead of them in ball distribution than they were when they came up.

They are all about the same age. Kolek will be 24 in March. Quick was 25 in June, Deuce was just 24 in September.
Hope the kid can grow into the role!

I'd be thrilled with 20/8. 20/8 is about what Marbury was averaging in his best years with the Knicks, and playing around 40 minutes a game.

Jason Kidd couldnt put up those numbers carerwise, in part because of his durabilty issues. It would be playing at peak Chris Paul. That was a floor general. .

20/8 would be awesome when we fill out the bench.

Watching OG manhandle Giannis should be a sportscenter top play of the day. The strength it takes to do that is crazy. They still do that sportscenter thing? I have not watched TV in over 5 years.

Right, thanks for clearing that up. Still hope that Kolek turns into the true pass-first PG he also was in college. But even as a sniper from the bench, it’s nice he’s getting this opportunity this early in his career. Cam’s injury helps, but Thibs keeps talking about his progress, which is reassuring.

He has really been awesome. It’s amazing how he sometimes takes over a whole play, affecting multiple players. He has been great in general.

Now, Bridges… He still doesn’t seem completely comfortable out there. And Brunson was great on ball distribution but he was late on defense so many times in plays that resulted in 3s.
