Bucks have lost 5 of their last 6 games and questions are being asked: Is Doc Rivers the most over-rated coach in NBA history? In All of SPORTS!?!

And for the Knicks, Wingstop is looking more like a greasy truck stop where even the strongest stomachs cry uncle, let’s fire Thibs (and or!) trade Brunson!

Can the Knicks recover from a lackluster road trip and is a dysfunctional Bucks team what the Doc ordered? Two Thirds of Gamepickers say Yes.

I say I don’t know! I worry about the Bucks figuring things out last night against the Jazz, this being a back to back for them, and us playing down.

Advantage should be with the Knicks.

Can Bobby Portis save the Buck season and lead them to back to back wins?

And just to add to what I put above- any betting the game- the Bucks have lost to the Cavs twice- once without Giannis- by a combined 3 points- and before those games, lost to the Nets, Celtics and Grizzlies.

Their 2 victories coming last night against Utah and opening night against the Sixers.

Probably the best 1-5 team I've ever seen. Giannis, Dame and Lopez are not to be taken lightly. We better be energized and rebound a lot better then we did the past 2 losses.

If we start talking about trading again I will have a fit. I only wish that we could see what last years team could do this year but you know the knick we push the cart before the horse. Bridges is a good player but he was on a bad team that is why he looked great. KAT is a great player but not a fit for the Knicks the way it is built now. But time will tell.

We added Bridges for not that much. And he’s been part of winning teams. Brooklyn was just his last stop.

I agree - looking at Randle, he seems to be playing angry and shooting tremendously- I doubt that will last, but he is in a contract year and I appreciated him for what he did. He played hard and had an intensity that I feel is missing from this group. Kat might have been one move too many, but still have faith that it can work out.

Agreed- they’re 2 & 6 after beating the Jazz yesterday. 2 of their losses were to the Cavs by a combined 3 points, and one of those games was without Giannis.

With the way we’ve been playing, this has loss written over it.

But we sometimes play to the level of the competition, so maybe we do well.

I can’t wait for the game!

I disagree. 5 first round draft picks is an overpay IMO. A lot to give up for Bridges’s career numbers. Thats what you give up for an elite player. top 10.

That Bucks pick is looking like the bees knees through 2 weeks. I'd have a little faith in Bridges. I believe Bridges, OG and KAT will all see improvement here in NY in the same way Brunson did. Patience.

My point on giving up not that much for bridges was in terms of current players and to be fair, we don’t have a lot of room for draft picks on this squad.

Yes- it was a high price to pay- and in a different world, we would not have had to pay it. But I think the FO was thinking- we’ve saved this picks for an occasion like this, and we’re not going to be able to keep them.

can't get any worse right? I rather him in foul trouble if that means we knock that number down 30%.

Ugh... Even worse than I thought.

I think you are spot on. If anything, I would have kept the Bucks pick. But getting Bridges for Bogs is a coup.

MKGA

Make Knicks Great Again. Bucks have Giannis and Lillard and at some point they will put it together and better than their current record.
Or we can moan about our thin bench and blame Bridges or what ever.

He does make a good point. For having such good wing defenders they get beat a lot. We can't rely on Mitch or IHart to cover for their mistakes anymore.

We definitely can’t rely on IHart since he is recovering waiting to play for OKC

We are great at making open 3's but are one of the worst at generating them. This is with a spacing center. How do you not create open 3's with the best spacing center ever?

Is he? Hopefully he'll be healthy by the time OKC includes him as part of package for Giannis.

You said bridges looked good on a bad team, but he looked awesome on the Suns.

Mikal really got bailed out on that one. Josh would've roasted him for at least a week.
