Coward corrupt organizations hiding behind its civilians use pagers and walkie talkies. Israel outed them.
The Hamas leadership living abroad is perfectly fine with 60k civilian casualties. They said as much in an NY Times interview last year.
Im not saying Israel is innocent here but you got Hammas as the ruling party swearing for Israels distraction at a time they are making normal relations with Saudis.

I seem to recall something similar done on “The Wire”, except it was a wire-tap on pre-paid/burner phones that the dealers were using.

I don’t know Panos but I will assume he rather stand in a long tsa line vs get a hand blown off. Or worse something happening to the plane full of passengers.

This is a serious issue and whatever we see happening in other countries, US needs to be on guard.

First off this is not easy to pull off and the genius of it was that they infiltrated the boogy man, and might have even been reading the page messages.
why detonate? If Hezbollah was planning to escalate then this action threw them into chaos and also outs them.
These dudes actually use planes? Not really.
There are and have been remote activated bombs and those that when reach a attitude will go off.
So thinking "oh, this is something terror organizations can use now" is a bit naive.

The part of this is not hiding an small explosive inside an electronic device, it was getting it in the hands of a terror organzation, and then using it months or weeks after in a synchronized attack. Unreal.

These ****ers hate us for decades for aiding Israel. This is nothing new.
Pagers don't have GPS trackers in them. Same for the hand held radios.

I don’t any of the evaluation here was proper. That organization sourced technology to communicate. My went backwards in time because the Israelis hacked their cell phones. So what does that mean, they completely owned their supply chain. They can’t source carrier pigeons without being suspicious and that’s complete 1337 pwnage

Can you imagine being about the same size as New Jersey and everyone in NY, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Washington wanted you wiped off of the face of the earth? You’d think Israel was fighting for their existence or something….

Imagine you live in NJ and 70 years ago a bunch of new people showed up, pushed you into a concentration camp, were propped up by foreign powers and only allowed citizens to be those people who are Jewish.

There is nothing simple about the Middle East, except the fact that a bunch of people are fighting to live in a desert that in 20-50 years might be uninhabitable due to climate change.

Israel is an apartheid state.
