And Nurse should have called timeout sooner and advanced the ball. 100% Coaching error. Don't blame the refs.

Agree. Whether the officiating had a hand or not, no one ever "asks did we maximize our chance to win"?

I'll take the game against the Rockets where they filed their protest. On that play, yes they did. Throughout the game, no. It never should have been that close.

Philly just made too many mistakes in such a condensed amount of time to say the refs cost them the game.
