That's a weird way of saying the Knicks were missing 4 starters and their 7th and 8th guys off bench. Legit missing 6 rotation players. But honeymoon? Official sponsor of the PURE KNICKS LOVE Program

I'm not saying we would have lost 4 in a row at full health, we probably would have kept buzzing along until ASB. But everyone got hurt, we lost 4 in a row, and we have a brutal stretch coming up where we need to incorporate all of our guys back into the lineup piece by piece. That's our new reality. It's going to be tough - not sure why that is a controversial take. Momentum is earned and when you lost it you have to earn it back. Post trade honeymoon, just like the honeymoon most coaches get after a coaching change. They never last forever. |

The glass half full version would be that this has allowed Thibs to play players big mins that he normally wouldn't have. Hartenstein, Precious, Mcbride have all shown to be gems due to the injuries ahead of them. During the playoffs when guys are called up they will be more than ready to go. Trade/injuries have also shown us how good DDV can also be with the free reign given to him. Knicks future is being molded for the long haul due to these revelations. https://vote.nba.com/en Vote for your Knicks.

You need to help quantify for me what you consider an injury pronoe player and how it pertains to Bogs. And then help me understand why they even matters. Cause you sure ain't talking about what's better for the team and, you know, wins. Unless all you care about is a young team where no one misses games? Somehow the Knicks were able to trade way RJ and IQ and integrate OG, Precious into the lineup without any time or problems. Why the sudden hiccup as if it matters any more? The Knicks had a historic level honeymoon. But let's ignore that and just poopoo some post honeymoon pessimism? No thanks Knicks have a decimation level of injuries. They'll lose some games and then when guys are healthy, they are a legit ECF's team Official sponsor of the PURE KNICKS LOVE Program

We could not afford to keep Quick because he wants too much money. Yall need to watch that winning streak post OG trade again because these losses due to injuries are getting to you. He wanted 25mil or more a year. You can't justify that with how bad his playoff was. I can understand if he played in the playoffs like he did in the regular season but that was not the case. Giving Quick 25mil also meant we had to let someone else go like Ihart or we would be over the cap with a team that does not fit.

In his and many Knicks fans defense. We are not use to pieces fitting together lol. As Knicks have usually been a team in transition to acquire talent over building a team that fits together. The concept of the team naturally clicking together due to the pieces naturally fitting together is probably a foreign concept to accept given our past history. Some will need time to realize it's a new day. https://vote.nba.com/en Vote for your Knicks.
