Was wondering if there might be a move from Westchester just to supply big man depth.

I didn't see a true C on the squad except Skapintsev and I don't think he even starts.

I thought Skap was one of the true professionals on the floor during Summer League. Not sure he has the speed to keep up in the NBA.

There's the Ahmed guy and they actually had Robey listed as center in the boxscore the other day. Having not watched I have no idea.

Front Row Joe from a few weeks ago:

Nalod at Gleague game in Greensboro that is. Skap is a big dude but as mentioned a bit slow. Ahmed was pretty good physically but tough to say if his IQ can process the NBA game at speed.
Robey had a high post game for pick and roll, could hit the long shot at top of key, and has an NBA body. He did not have a good shooting night and that seems to be the thing which is getting him away from NBA. Hartensteien is a good passer from the high post and Roby mght be working on that.
We really think Knicks never thought thru injury scenarios to any of our starters? Of course they do. We might not like the alternatives seeing as fans we are hindsight oriented.
If we don’t seed top 4, its what it is. All teams lose players. Some more than others. Clev had Allen out, now Mobley and Garland for long stretch.
Gleague has a ways to go before the gap narrows to effectively use it to call up players who can step in.
