Big potential for improvement if RJ Barrett can improve his efficiency. He was second in total minutes but ninth in win shares. If RJ can become more efficient from the field, Knicks have a chance to reach 50 wins. The other big question is if Randle can be consistently good. I think PG play has a lot to do with Randle's efficiency, Brunson should continue to lift his percentages.

I'm going with 49 wins, two more because of consistency.

5) Nets broke down with drama. Don't expect them to be as dysfunctional this season.

6) Philly seems more busted, but honestly, they were good without Harden.

7) Bucks look like like 1a and 1b with Boston. I'm giving Boston the edge, but its tight. Its only cause I don't think Lill can defend.

8) Toronto is changing coaches. Don't know which way they go, but they are a bad matchup for us every year.

I know pundits are backing the Knicks cause of continuity and their playoff push last year, but I think that just makes teams take the Knicks games more serious. I worry this team will not evolve further.

But I hope I am wrong.

Can’t look too much into preseason and summer leagues. I was psyched for Knox a few years ago and then reality happened

Yep, I agree with you. If Randle gets hurt this team is in serious trouble. We really need to add a combo forward.

Considering how they already hit 47 last year and I *feel* the we have now is better than what we had pre-Josh Hart... let's go wild with 50. Not so bold prediction.

I think the Sixers, Nets, and Raptors took steps back. Heck, I think the loss of Collins will set Atlanta back too. Wins against those teams can make the difference.

Seems Vegas has over/under at 45.5. I was surprised it was that low. I think the over would be a good bet.
